what to expect with our shipping

For both Country Crave & HorseShoeFever. We're located in a town called Orcutt.

 Santa Maria Valley, CA Central Coast, USA. 

Email notifications always given on purchases,  shipping notification, any urgent updates, invoice or packaging slip given with order.

In some cases your package is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled. We will try to assist you whenever possible. 

I want you to love your item. If not completely satisfied, contact me within 10 days of receiving. Return item within 30 days of receiving for a refund.  Return before refund. Item must be in original condition. Tags on. Or, I'll assume you love it!!

Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded on returns at this time.

Notify me, I will alert USPS. I will need a photo confirmation for refund. I do want the item returned, unless discussed otherwise. Regarding handmade, I might not be able to imitate that item exact for a replacement, due to store seasonal items/sellouts. I will do my best or you may choose another shop item of the same price. Fraud is not tolerated.

Delivery/Lost/Stolen

Please provide a safe environment for delivery. You're responsible for theft issues. I won't refund or replace once USPS confirms delivery.  If you have provided an incorrect address you'll need to contact carrier. We can't be held responsible for address error on your behalf.
